تأخدون لافوكا وتطحنوها مع اي زيت تريدونها ولو كانت زيت اركان او زيت اللوز يكون افضل .

ودلكي بيها فروة راسك وغطي بيها الشعر كله وغطي شعرك ببلاستيك أتركيه ثلاث ساعات وغسلي شعرك بالشامبو انها رائعة تحسي بشعرك ارطاب من اول استعمال.

وبالاستمرار في استعمال الوصفة اكيد غتحسي بشعرك تغير
